Act 35: Holding her
Zoicite engages in one of his few "one on one" fights and it just so happens to be Venus. The two of them start to fight and after Zoicite dodges Venus' attack, he teleports behind her and grabs her with a knife to her throat. He also says that the fight will not end like their last one (Where Venus restored Zoicite to stone form with her attack). For being her enemy he's holding her awfully close. It's not that clear on the picture, but at the same time Venus is holding onto Zoicite's arm.
Act 35: Something in common

Act 35: I know what it's like
In case you haven't noticed by now, act 35 is kind of the ultimate Minako/Zoicite act. This one isn't actually one moment, but two. In the beginning of the act Kunzite says that Beryl has dragged an unrequianted love from the past. Zoicite says that it's the same for everyone who has a past life. Later on when Minako tries to make Usagi forget about Mamoru and Usagi still tries to save him, Minako says that she also knows what it's like to forget. Could this be hinting a past romance between Zoicite and Venus? Another clue is that after Minako opens to music box to make Usagi forget, Zoicite teleports away (or his mirror self disappears) instead of staying and trying to make Minako stop and save Mamoru instead. I'm not sure how the music box works and who it affects but if it effects the memories of the one you love, could that be a reason why Zoicite didn't want to stick around and keep hearing the music? If that's true it might or might not apply to Minako as well. If it doesn't, she might just not be affected by the music. If it does, it could be that she has been affected by the same sort of thing before, causing her to forget but leaves her knowing that she has forgotten about something. Perhaps Minako doesn't remember as much as she thinks she does?
Act 44: The fall of the Guardians
Zoicite dies in this act in an attempt to save Sailormoon. At the same time as Zoicite is stabbed by the youma, Venus who's at another location but running to save Sailormoon suddenly feels pains in her head. Both of them end up collapsing to the ground at the same time, as if somehow they are mysteriously connected.
Act 46: Realization
Following the fainting in act 44, Minako is unable to transform into Venus. It's only after the near death of Makoto and a speech from Artemis that Minako realizes that the past and the mission isn't all that matters. In act 46 she truly awakens (which IMO was the coolest awakening in the show) and taps into her Senshi powers. Later on in Minako decides to have the operation but on her way to the pre-surgery exam (in act 48) she mysteriously dies. Much like Zoicite, she is a little too late in realizing what's right and it is only shortly before both their deaths that they turn around and do the right thing.
